Your Representations About Submissions

By submitting content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the material or have all permissions needed to submit and license it
• The submission is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• The submission does not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, contractual, or other rights
• The submission does not contain unlawful, defamatory, threatening, harassing, deceptive, or malicious material
• The submission does not contain malware or harmful code
• You have permission from identifiable people shown in submitted photographs or media
• You have not submitted confidential employer, restaurant, customer, or third-party information without authorization

You remain responsible for your submission and any consequences arising from it.

Editing and Removal of Submissions

We may review, edit, refuse, restrict, hide, or remove submissions at any time and for any reason, including accuracy, relevance, tone, privacy, legal risk, moderation, security, or Site quality.

Removal from the Site does not require us to retrieve copies already indexed, archived, quoted, shared, or stored by third parties.

Accuracy, Updates, and Availability

We work to make the Site accurate and useful, but information may be incomplete, outdated, misunderstood, incorrectly reported, or otherwise inaccurate.

Limitation of Liability

This exclusion includes direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, and other damages, including lost income, lost profits, lost opportunity, replacement costs, travel disruption, emotional distress, property damage, and data loss.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory asserted and even when the possibility of damage was known or foreseeable.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Where a limitation is not enforceable, liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Suspension, Restriction, and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, block, or terminate access to all or part of the Site when we reasonably believe that:

• These Terms or another Site policy has been violated
• Use creates security, legal, operational, or reputational risk
• Access is abusive, disruptive, fraudulent, or unlawful
• Technical or maintenance conditions require restriction
