Acceptable Use Policy

These rules explain how GF Travellers may be accessed, shared, and used without harming the Site, its operators, or other people.

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to your access to and use of GFTravellers.com, including its pages, articles, recipes, forms, comments, and related features. In this policy, these services are referred to collectively as the “Site.”

The Site is operated by Grey Wolf Resources, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy forms part of our Terms of Use. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to follow this policy and the Terms of Use.

If you do not agree with these rules, do not use the Site.

Permitted Use

You may use the Site for lawful personal and informational purposes, including to:

Read and navigate publicly available Site content.
Share links to Site pages through email, social media, or other ordinary communication methods.
Quote limited portions of Site content when legally permitted and when accompanied by appropriate attribution and a link to the original page.
Print or save reasonable portions of Site content for your personal, non-commercial use.
Submit relevant and respectful questions, corrections, restaurant recommendations, or other messages through available contact methods.
Use information from the Site as a starting point for your own restaurant, ingredient, travel, and health-related questions.

Permission to access public content does not transfer ownership of Site content or grant permission to republish substantial portions of the Site.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Site to engage in conduct that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or disruptive.

Prohibited conduct includes:

Harassing, threatening, stalking, intimidating, or abusing another person or group.
Submitting content that is defamatory, fraudulent, obscene, unlawfully discriminatory, hateful, or otherwise unlawful.
Impersonating another person or organization, misrepresenting your identity or affiliation, or falsely suggesting that we endorse you, your product, or your service.
Submitting spam, chain messages, advertisements, affiliate promotions, or unsolicited commercial material.
Uploading or transmitting malware, malicious code, corrupted files, or any material intended to damage, disable, monitor, or interfere with a device, account, network, or service.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its hosting environment, administrative areas, accounts, databases, source code, or connected systems.
Testing, probing, scanning, or attempting to bypass Site security or access controls without our prior written authorization.
Interfering with the Site’s operation, availability, performance, or security, including through excessive requests, denial-of-service activity, or other disruptive traffic.
Using another person’s credentials, contact information, or personal information without authorization.
Collecting, harvesting, publishing, or attempting to obtain personal information about Site visitors, contributors, or operators without a lawful basis and appropriate permission.
Using Site content or functionality to violate any applicable law, regulation, court order, or third-party right.

Intellectual Property and Content Misuse

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, frame, mirror, or create a substitute for substantial portions of Site content without our prior written permission, except where the law permits the use without permission.

You may not:

Remove or alter copyright, trademark, attribution, authorship, or other proprietary notices.
Present Site photographs, writing, graphics, recipes, branding, or other original material as your own.
Use the Site’s name, logo, branding, or visual identity in a way that causes confusion about sponsorship, ownership, or affiliation.
Submit material that infringes another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.

Nothing in this policy is intended to restrict a use that is authorized by applicable law.

Automated Access and Data Collection

You may not use bots, scripts, crawlers, scrapers, data-mining tools, artificial-intelligence training tools, or other automated systems to access, copy, extract, index, monitor, reproduce, or analyze Site content when that activity:

Places an unreasonable or disproportionate burden on the Site or its hosting resources.
Bypasses access controls, technical restrictions, rate limits, or instructions intended for automated systems.
Collects personal information or nonpublic information.
Republishes or creates a substitute for substantial portions of the Site.
Is conducted for commercial exploitation without our prior written permission.
Otherwise violates this policy, the Terms of Use, or applicable law.

This section does not prohibit ordinary indexing by generally recognized public search engines that comply with our technical instructions, or automated access that we have expressly authorized in writing.

Medical, Legal, and Professional Misrepresentation

You may not present Site content as an individualized medical diagnosis, treatment plan, legal opinion, professional certification, restaurant guarantee, or substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

You also may not falsely state or imply that:

We have certified a restaurant, kitchen, product, ingredient, or preparation method as safe.
A restaurant observation applies permanently or to every location.
Our personal experiences establish what another person can safely eat.
We are acting as your physician, dietitian, attorney, or other professional adviser.

User Submissions

If the Site allows you to submit comments, corrections, recommendations, messages, or other material, you are responsible for what you submit.

Do not submit confidential information, sensitive medical records, financial information, passwords, government identification numbers, or information you do not have permission to share.

You represent that your submission is truthful to the best of your knowledge, is relevant to the purpose for which it was submitted, and does not violate another person’s rights.

Submitting information does not require us to publish, investigate, respond to, preserve, or act on it.

Enforcement

To protect the Site, our business, and other users, Grey Wolf Resources, LLC may take reasonable action in response to suspected or confirmed violations of this policy.

Depending on the circumstances, we may:

Review, moderate, reject, edit, or remove submitted material.
Limit, suspend, or terminate access to Site features.
Block accounts, email addresses, devices, networks, or IP addresses.
Preserve relevant records when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.
Report conduct to hosting providers, service providers, affected parties, law-enforcement authorities, or other appropriate entities.
Pursue available legal or equitable remedies.

We may act without advance notice when we reasonably believe immediate action is necessary to protect the Site, preserve security, prevent harm, comply with law, or investigate suspected misuse. When circumstances permit, we may provide notice or an opportunity to correct the issue, but we are not required to do so.

Failure to enforce a provision in one instance does not waive our right to enforce it later.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy when the Site, its features, applicable requirements, or our operating practices change.

The revised policy becomes effective when it is posted unless a later effective date is stated. The “Last Updated” date at the top identifies the most recent revision.
