Accessibility Statement

GF Travellers is working to make its travel guides, restaurant information, recipes, and other resources usable by as many people as reasonably possible.

Last updated: July 27, 2026

GF Travellers is operated by Grey Wolf Resources, LLC. We want the Site’s public information and basic functions to be reasonably accessible to people with disabilities.

Accessibility is an ongoing part of maintaining and improving the Site. Content, software, themes, plugins, browsers, devices, and third-party services change over time, and those changes can introduce new barriers.

If you encounter a disability-related barrier, cannot access information, or cannot complete a task on the Site, please contact us. We want to know what happened and what information or function you were trying to use.

Our Accessibility Approach

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, currently WCAG 2.2, as a technical reference when reviewing and improving the Site.

This statement does not claim that the entire Site has been independently audited, certified, or found to conform fully to WCAG 2.2 at any particular level.

Our practical accessibility goals include:

  • Readable text and sufficient contrast between text and its background
  • Logical headings, lists, landmarks, and page structure
  • Navigation and interactive controls that can be operated with a keyboard where practical
  • Visible keyboard focus for links, buttons, form fields, and controls
  • Meaningful link text that makes sense in context
  • Support for browser zoom, text resizing, and responsive layouts
  • Useful text alternatives for meaningful images
  • Empty alternative text for images that are purely decorative
  • Captions, transcripts, or equivalent information when audio or video is used to communicate meaningful content
  • Forms with understandable labels, instructions, required-field indicators, and error messages
  • Controls and buttons that are reasonably easy to identify and activate
  • Compatibility with commonly used assistive technologies where practical

Ongoing Improvements

GF Travellers includes content created at different times with different WordPress blocks, themes, plugins, templates, and page structures.

As pages are reviewed and rebuilt, we work to improve:

  • Heading order and document structure
  • Page-title and hero consistency
  • Image descriptions and decorative-image handling
  • Link purpose and clarity
  • Keyboard navigation and visible focus
  • Form labels, instructions, validation, and error handling
  • Color contrast and text readability
  • Responsive layouts at different screen sizes and zoom levels
  • Removal of obsolete, duplicated, or unnecessary layout markup
  • Consistency across newer and legacy pages

Accessibility work is not a one-time project. New content, software updates, design changes, and third-party services can introduce new barriers after earlier issues have been addressed.

Testing and Review

Accessibility review may include a combination of:

  • Manual review of headings, links, images, forms, and page structure
  • Keyboard-only navigation checks
  • Browser zoom and responsive-layout checks
  • Color-contrast review
  • Automated accessibility-testing tools
  • Reports from visitors using assistive technology

Automated tools can identify some issues, but they do not establish that a page is fully accessible. Manual review and user feedback remain important parts of the process.

Known and Potential Limitations

Some parts of GF Travellers may not work equally well with every browser, device, accessibility setting, input method, or assistive technology.

Known or potential limitations may include:

  • Older pages created with legacy WordPress blocks, templates, or page-building tools
  • Older images that have not yet completed accessibility and metadata review
  • Complex column layouts that may require additional mobile or zoom testing
  • Third-party forms, advertisements, maps, videos, social widgets, or embedded content
  • Documents or downloads created or supplied by outside organizations
  • External websites reached through links from GF Travellers
  • Browser extensions, privacy tools, script blockers, or custom settings that change how Site features operate
  • Temporary issues introduced by software, theme, plugin, or hosting updates

We continue to review older content and improve it as the Site develops. Listing a potential limitation does not mean that every visitor will encounter it or that every instance remains unresolved.

Third-Party Content and Services

GF Travellers may use third-party plugins, forms, advertising services, analytics tools, social platforms, maps, videos, recipe tools, or embedded content that we do not fully control.

Third-party content may have accessibility limitations or behave differently from the rest of the Site. An external service may also change its interface or accessibility support without notice to us.

If a third-party feature creates a barrier, please report it. Where reasonably practical, we may:

  • Investigate the problem
  • Adjust our implementation or configuration
  • Contact the service provider
  • Provide the relevant information through another method
  • Identify an alternative way to complete the task
  • Replace or discontinue a feature when a workable alternative is available

We cannot guarantee the accessibility, availability, or continued operation of content or services controlled by another organization.

External Websites and Documents

The Site links to restaurants, travel providers, manufacturers, government agencies, medical resources, social platforms, and other external websites.

Those websites and their documents are controlled by their respective owners. GF Travellers does not control their design, accessibility, content, or support practices.

If an external resource is inaccessible, you may still contact us. We may be able to identify the information being referenced or help locate another source, but we cannot require an outside organization to change its website or document.

Request Information in Another Format

If you cannot access information on GF Travellers because of a disability-related barrier, contact us and identify the content you need.

Where reasonably practical, we will try to:

  • Provide the information in another accessible format
  • Explain the information through email or another practical communication method
  • Help you locate an accessible alternative
  • Assist with completing a Site-related task that an accessibility barrier prevented

The available alternative may depend on the type of content, the nature of the barrier, the original source, and the tools reasonably available to us.

Report an Accessibility Problem

To help us investigate an accessibility problem, include as much of the following information as you are comfortable providing:

  • The page URL or name of the content
  • A description of the problem
  • What you were trying to read, find, submit, or complete
  • The browser and device you were using
  • The operating system, if relevant
  • Any assistive technology involved, if you are comfortable sharing it
  • Whether the problem occurred consistently or only once
  • A screenshot or exact error message, when practical
  • The best way to contact you if you would like a response

You may report an accessibility issue through our Contact page or by email.

Email: info@gftravellers.com

We review reported barriers and make reasonable efforts to address them based on their impact, available solutions, technical feasibility, and the resources required.

Submitting a report does not guarantee that every requested change can be made, that a particular technology will be supported, or that a barrier can be resolved immediately. It does help us identify problems and prioritize improvements.

Response and Follow-Up

If you request a response and provide contact information, we may contact you to:

  • Confirm that we received the report
  • Request additional information
  • Explain an available alternative
  • Describe a change that was made
  • Explain why a requested change is not currently practical

We do not require you to disclose a diagnosis, medical history, or unnecessary personal information to report an accessibility barrier.

Changes to This Statement

We may update this Accessibility Statement when the Site, its technology, our practices, or applicable accessibility guidance changes.

The revised statement becomes effective when it is posted unless a later effective date is stated. The “Last updated” date at the top identifies the most recent revision.
